Shipping Policy

At True Chosen LLC, every order is prepared with care and intention. We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your merchandise to you as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Our estimated processing times are:

• Ready-to-ship apparel: 2–3 business days

• Made-to-order apparel: 3-5 business days

• Custom or personalized merchandise: 7–10 business days

• Bulk orders: Processing timelines will be confirmed individually.

Processing begins after payment has been successfully received and, when applicable, all customization details have been approved.

Processing times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers.

Shipping Rates

True Chosen LLC offers the following standard shipping rates for eligible orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $7.95 for orders under $75

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on eligible orders of $75 or more

The free-shipping threshold is calculated before applicable taxes and after discounts.

Shipping rates for oversized, unusually heavy, or bulk orders may vary and will be disclosed before checkout or payment.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping transit times vary based on destination, service selected, weather, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside our control.

Local Pickup: True Chosen LLC does not currently offer local pickup or in-person delivery. All online orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

True Chosen LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you experience a delivery problem, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately at itruechosen@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at itruechosen@gmail.com with your order number and details.

We will review the circumstances and assist with appropriate next steps, including contacting USPS when necessary.

Any replacement, refund, or other remedy will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

International Shipping

True Chosen LLC currently ships within the United States only.

International shipping may be offered in the future.
